		<description>I found incorporating meeting observations, humorous or otherwise, beneficial.  Yesterday, it may have helped we win an Area Evaluation Contest, as I tied in points from the Speech Contest in my evaluation.  Someone suggested that it showed that I paid attention to the whole event, not just the target speaker.</description>
