Per your Quote at top of Blog : I once read about a REAL U.S. Church group of Honest, caring , Loving people -- in 1920s , I believe -- who went around to people in need -- and offered free help -- no strings. And -- Honest , they called themselves
"The Hell's Angels. " (Life is SO weird and strange ! ) SO -- I
once wrote a routine about a Senior band of Do-Gooders
who rode around in old Studebakers and helped people . Naturally, they called themselves, " The Heaven's Devils." -- OOHHH , My !

The best times for me are from those that celebrate their life with plenty of humor and choose to pull me into that delicious wave. When I finally got over myself a while back, I had an epiphany. If you want to be taken seriously, you need to do it with humor. Thanks for sharing your wisdom.

For years I pursued political issues that I really had very little hope of affecting. It reached the point where the stupidity and ignorance of people was keeping me awake with rage (that they refused to accept common sense, logic or facts over one-eyed ideology).

Then one day I decided to stop banging my head against that wall and the sense of relief was overwhelming. Now I try to avoid articles or discussions that push those buttons. I'll let someone else take their turn fighting the battles while I focus on some of the more pleasant aspects of people.
