		<description>John-I totally enjoy your Ob Hume section.  I just read the article about them not &#039;being funny&#039;.  I find them mentally invigorating and entertaining.   I think that they should come with the instruction: attempt this only alone as it is a skill that isn&#039;t not readily acquired.  Keep them coming.</description>
